The thoroughness of the questions, as well as the ability to discuss my experience and how my transferable skills would best fit within the organization.

I was a acquired employee through an acquisition, so there was not interview process.

They test you and screen you. That part is difficult but I also found the DISC assessment helpful.

Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I had all my questions answered and felt very welcomed.

More understanding and helpful when first starting

Have the managers of the department the new hire will work with conduct the interview instead of everyone and their mama from other departments.
