Technical (granular) and questions like "hey, do you mind working nights, holidays, and weekends?" Nuff said

Fastest? Services. Slowest? Products
Products, because almost zero time and $ is allocated to a full product cycle to effectively mature them.
Fastest would be managed services. Difficulties would be product offers.

Good policy - you will be hard pressed to actually use any of it.
Vacation policy for fulll time employees is fair. W2's are "hours worked = hours paid" no PTO
How's the work life balance at GalaxE.Solutions?
If you like work and have no life, GalaxE is the place for you.
The work/life balance at GalaxE is commiserate with how critical the client demands are. If the client needs something, they get it, and if that means working weekends and nights for three months straight, then buckle in or get out is the corporate culture. There is no balance, unless there is a lull in work. If there is a lull, you'd better be a FTE, because there is no bench for W2's or 1099's.

Small company minded, while trying to sell themselves as a large "player." This leads to employees making up the gap between promises and reality.
Work, then work some more, then have a couple of parties a year to show appreciation.

Bring in additional management who inspire people through servant leadership versus the current "do it or get fired" model.

Employees believe the CEO means well, but they also believe he has left the execution of worldwide delivery to inferior management. The CEO does well on selling a dream. The CEO needs to do better fulfilling the dream.
