An opportunity rich environment with a leadership team that is engaging, positive and provides many teaching moments. I am excited to come to work every day and work at a place I know I will have fun at and my work makes an impact on the overall business.
Leadership team is always open door. I feel comfortable asking questions and giving my opinion, and I am encouraged to be honest and creative.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The vacation time and the health benefits are great.
I think it helps support folks meeting their goals and having our brand grow as well

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation was cut by alot, just for requesting to work only 5 days. I feel like I work as much as before. My compensation should reflect the dedication and passion i have for the business.

Honest, hard working and always open to new ideas!
a fun and close knit team
My boss is easy to talk to and I can always get a hold of him quickly. He listens to me when I have issues and I feel like he values me as an employee. I honestly feel like my boss will always have my back.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fun and sharing of the group
The fact that the culture IS positive and it's an environment where different ideas are celebrated and explored.
its a group of people who equally enjoy working together, understand their roles and simply like to have fun.
We are a smaller company so everyone knows everyone. I feel cared about.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions to make you think while in a relaxed environment
Meeting the president and having him tell me they view family as the most important thing.
It was more conversational and a discussion that a grilling interview. It felt productive.
It was straight forward, the interviewers were easy to talk to.
I enjoyed getting a job posthaste the interview

The people and culture of all on daily basis
My bosses are understanding and helpful so whether it's a work or family dilemma, they're always interested in solutions.
Having my opinions heard and delivered on.
Seeing results and hearing feedback from franchisee's that they are happy with my team. Positive acknowledgement when I complete a big project.
