The fun and sharing of the group
The fact that the culture IS positive and it's an environment where different ideas are celebrated and explored.
its a group of people who equally enjoy working together, understand their roles and simply like to have fun.
We are a smaller company so everyone knows everyone. I feel cared about.
The end of the day when we meet to discuss our success and opportunity
Everyone is fun and they do not take themselves too serious.
Everyone is allowed to have fun- The company does not try to make you manage in a certain way- They understand that different leaders take different routes... and that is ok
