Ledership is way too German-centric. It needs to change to a global view, to become an international company (today GEA is a German company that exports)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being able to lead development process.
there is no one on one engagement, where a manager will understand individual's career aspiration, educational background etc
Annual merit and bonus are far below expectations.
variable compensation is too low and is measured on very high level KPIs where a manager has very indirect impact

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Less and more effective meetings
appreciate other people inputs regardless of the colour of their skin and stop using languages which does not accommodate other people even when there are people who does not understand a word of that language

What did you like most about the interview process?
It is a short overall process
It was during COVID so i appreciated doing what we could remotely. The onsite interview was a good experience.
The problem solving of several case
It was simple but they searched the right person
Getting helpful information for my up coming position and getting thoroughly shown the facility and important locations that I will need in the future.

The complete process, especially the initial selection

That i have the freedom to make my own mark and take action on things I believe will make tomorrow better than today.
