If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at GEA Group?
Top Employee Response
The atmosphere has become much more political in recent years which was the case to this degree in years past. I would like to see people judged on their performance and contributions much more so than "who their friends" in management are.
GEA needs to swing back with de-centralisation. OneGEA condensed all decision making in Germany and this German-centric position does not work outside Europe.
If management would better listen to the employees, and take their advice into consideration.
