These last few months, the word that best represents the vibe is FRUSTRATION. There is big frustration with the new functional organization. working average 10 hours a day, and some on weekends.

How's the work life balance at GEA Group?
It's pretty good, but certain employees are held to different expectations. I travel for my job and am required on the road 70% of year. So I'm away from home and my family mostly on weekdays.

Vacation time given is based on years worked. Every 5 years you get another 40 hrs. Beginning of employment starts at 120 hrs.
