Annual merit and bonus are far below expectations.
variable compensation is too low and is measured on very high level KPIs where a manager has very indirect impact

Less and more effective meetings
appreciate other people inputs regardless of the colour of their skin and stop using languages which does not accommodate other people even when there are people who does not understand a word of that language
