The values that Gem sets, the leadership team genuinely values and utilizes as a framework for how the company is operated.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They're regularly re-evaluating the compensation structure, and I feel like I was compensated fairly from an equity perspective, coming in relatively early.
What do you like best about your company?
Everything. It's the best company I've worked at. The culture is great, the people are great, the product is great. No complaints.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was incredibly personable, answered all the questions I had around D&I and culture! Recruiting process was also very efficient and moved quickly!
