Gem is a People product so it's natural that we are a people first company. That's reflected by our empathetic leaders who care about our employees as human beings, shown in our top-knotch benefits, and shown in our DEI efforts like ERGs. Gem is a great place to work because of the kind people.

It's been great. It's hard work. Sometimes harder than I want. But when it's hard the leaders and my manager are also supportive.
