reduced prices are still too high so that is negative
The plan fits my families need
30 days vacation is the key

people come and go but it is better
cohesiveness, unity, collaborative, friendly, smart
we work well together and support each other

There are no more co-workers-Just a wind down of a great staff, choked by short-sightedness & applying wrong assumptions, unchecked.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Less accusatory and more explanatory to succeed
everyone works together to accomplish the mission. Our Customers are #1
having a supportive manager that doesn't micromanage us
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The environment is great and comfortable
Us vs. them structure, bleeding budget lines to shore up failed units. No honest assessment of success, but lots of new clothes for emperor

it was personal and face to face

Restore honesty, trust and integrity. Stop blowing business tropes. Understand what taxpayers want and deliver. Not what YOU want.
