The wage is not competitive with the class 1rail companies and they make things really hard to figure out and they don't provide a complete process to take care of their employees problems. The upper management ties the hands of front line supervisor to do their jobs properly.
Frontline Salary Managers are flat out underpaid for what is expected. Most are just slightly above hourly employee rates at a salary. Theyre expected to be there nonstop essentially married to the company. Even subordinate salary positions are paid the same as managers.
