What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

At my location we try our best to work together. Corporate is all about Corporate

Frontline management staff willingness to help out with whatever is needed to do the job right, safely and efficiently, given the stress they are under. Safety statistics seem to be toward the top of the rail industry.

Off-site events, business casual attire, safety & service year awards, collaborative.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Bosses that have the ability to hire and dismiss problem employees

Leadership involvement with daily functions and identify ways to improve work processes
