There are a few who are not productive and leave are center vulnerable to OIG deficiencies. We need to stop working in silos in some areas and take a team approach.

Recently tried to make a lateral transfer to a center closer to my home and was offered an entry level wage versus keeping my wage earned for the last 22 years of commitment to the company causing me to feel extremely devalued as an employee.
