I'm am very content here. I have learned the ups and downs that come and expect them. I love the company as a whole.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always trying to make care more productive and run smoother.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was over 5 years ago. I think I got a scheduled interview very quickly
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company is wonderful. The current manager calls aides stupid and lazy when they are anything but.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are good aides but the manager doesnt make them want to work at 100 percent of their potential
What makes you most happy at work?
The time I spend with my residents. Trying to make their daily lives a little better, learning about them, and learning from them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My position isnt on a pay grid. Do I'm at a stand still wage wise except for my yearly raise and there are aides making almost as much as me.
