Prof. Thomas DiVittorio, also known as Tom, has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of Genesis Healthcare, Inc. since February 2, 2015. Prof. DiVittorio has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Sun Healthcare Group, Inc since December 01, 2012. He served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Genesis Healthcare, Inc. since December 2003 and Chief Accounting Officer since December 2004. He served as NCI's (GHVI) Vice President and Assistant Controller from January 2003 to December 2003. He served as NCI's Director of Financial Reporting from April 1999 to January 2003 and he also served as NCI's manager of financial reporting from November 1996 to April 1999. Prior to joining Genesis, he was employed by KPMG, LLP. Prof. DiVittorio holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rowan University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Member of the American Institute of CPAs and Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.
