New management does not seem to care about employees or customers, just profit.

Their motivations for everyone working with them
pay is good . but promised bonus and never see it

a match program that matches other nearby facilities.
Be competitive with market rates; meaningful raises
No compensation, raise increase request has taken over a month to be responded to. No health or vacation. Took away our time and a half on holidays.
Not nearly enough money per hour
Not provided all resources needed to properly complete job tasks efficiently and to standards, i.e., productivity expectations

They doesn't play with their time

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
improved customer service. more time with Patients and less time on a computer
Profit above all leads to pressure to perform unethically despite lip service about ethics and compliance. The front line workers suffer while the corporate leads do not make sacrifices.
Lack of team support, no good leadership
poor wages, no staff, salary with excessive hours
No communication no discipline no urgency
