How employees describe working at GenesisCare
They are some of my best friends and the best people I've ever worked with
The senior management is prioritising profit and short term gains riding the back of ground level staff who provide overwhelming support to patients yet behind closed doors are exhausted and pushed to the limit with continual staff redundancies and cost savings the future is bleak in GenesisCare
Currently the investors are not worried about day to day operations its about trimming every possible expense to sell, employee's are treated as insignificant expenses that add little value to the organisation work-life is not one conducive to organisation sustainability its SHORT TERM GAINS only
The clinicians provide excellent care but the culture is toxic and there are too many people in management who have no idea what they are doing. Problems are not dealt with and staff in the clinical areas are treated like commodities, with little regard for safety or staff welfare.
Successful Result and team work
