Concentrate on your core values, create a space where employees are valued, your short term greed is destroying the sustainable potential
This organisation is in severe need of an executive that needs sustainability and longevity, the services offered are life saving but the executives are only worried about their ROI, patients are a means of income only and staff are the slaves required to bleed them of their funds
Be more reasonable when it comes to working hours. Stop adding additional meetings and new projects if we can't even finfish our current work load.

be honest in your description of employee expectations, with very thin support functions employees are expected to sacrifice for an organisation that does not CARE!
