You work extremely long hours, with no pay. You can never plan your weekends, because something last minute will come up. If you are on a temp Visa, they will promise you a permanent visa, only if you perform above and beyond.

Co-workers are brilliant and also work very long hours, especially if they are on temporary Visas.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be more reasonable when it comes to working hours. Stop adding additional meetings and new projects if we can't even finfish our current work load.
