Vacation policy seems fine to me. You start off with at least 2 weeks of PTO and it only goes up from there. Management really only seems to care that work is be done so if you work hard there are other perks that allow you to take time off.

The company tends to hire very seasoned professionals with lots of experience however there are sometimes positions open that offer more training than others like as a junior developer or business development but still must have some experience.

PTO is good. I believe we get 2 weeks the first year and it goes up from there with all the major holidays as well

Its different through out dept as obviously the sales dept needs to be more professional but for the most part is very casual....to the point you see flip flops and shorts a lot

Pretty much all of your run of the mill benefits like healthcare etc but the best ones are plenty of PTO which builds up rapidly the longer you are here. A fully stocked kitchen with all you can eat snacks drinks, nitro cold press coffee, kombucha and beer on tap and more. But quiet Fridays are the best in my opinion. Basically the office is closed on Fridays and you work from home but its highly encouraged to not bother team members so that it serves as a day for catching up and relaxing if you are already caught up

Pretty quick compared to other places I worked. If they like you they have hired on the same day as the interview. Getting to the interview is pretty simple and quick too.

The ones I have seen work the best is to dress sharp. Not nessisarily a suit but look professional. The office attire around Genius Monkey is very laid back but thats only after you get hired on. I've noticed that even though office attire is pretty laid back, this is a very classy company and they appreciate people that want to work here dressing to impress.

Amazing! Such a family atmosphere and everyone is on the same path with the same general goals. The work ethic among everyone is huge.

There are goals set but new sales people are measured at amount of appointments they set for the first few months. There are plenty of lead generating opportunities and tools to make that easy as long as one is willing to learn and work. After that the lead opportunities are even greater and you are required to hit a tiered monthly recurring revenue amount

Great policy. Every Friday is a work from home day with the option of taking it off if you are caught up as long as you stay available. Otherwise we can work from home if there is a social occasion

The leadership is great. Our direct manager is one of the business guys I know but still figures out ways to help us with accounts and train.

The vibe is amazing. Hours are fairly regular other than when we are at a conference or trade show we put more hours in but they are fun and entertaining since we are with our group the whole time.

Extremely positive. With all the innovation and growth going on his company. It will be around for quite some time unless swallowed up by one of the big boys:)

Being challenged is an understatement at Genius Monkey. Yes we have a lot of fun and a lot of really cool perks but something this company believes is definitely challenging what we do on a daily basis and expect all the employees to be on board with that.

Considering we only need to be there Monday through Thursday it’s a great thing. We get to work freely from home on Fridays and In the sales dept we’re traveling at least once a week per month so we definitely don’t feel too much office pressure. We are traveling it’s a a lot of fun because the team really gets a chance to bond and have a good time.
