Great place to work. There is plenty of room to grow in the company and it seems like most all of the management have been hired with in. Its very much a merit based company. The harder you work the more successful you are. There is great communication and we all work from home now permanently.

What's the company culture like at Genius Monkey?
Amazing culture. I have never seen such a drama free culture. Employees are expected to work hard and better than anyone else but are rewarded. Office atmosphere is extremely laid back with my favorite drinks on tap and a full kitchen of all you can eat snacks. Pretty amazing place and the office view of Tempe town lake is worth a million bucks.

The people and learning/doing new things all the time

Amazing office set up and we are always doing fun things. No one is breathing over your back so you can work less stressed.

Good pay with Full snack kitchen and bar plus "Quiet Fridays (work from home and off early)

Just all around great people and friends. Everyone equally wants to work hard
