What makes you most happy at work?Helping people that are often overlooked or dismissed by society. Getting to know my patients.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We as employees need to be heard when we have complaints. We more importantly need better health insurance benefits where the premiums are not so expensive.
