How employees describe working at Genova Diagnostics

We were told that they would not be doing merit based raises this year due to inflation. Multiple people were let go, and the workload increased, but I cannot comfortably afford to live in this area for what I'm paid. The only thing I get for working harder is more expectations.

Used to be a great place to work. When s new CEO came in, he was not suited for the job and made a lot of poor decisions, then left.

  • UMR, high deductible or PPO. Both pay 80% depending on what it’s for. They wouldn’t cover my endoscopy to stretch my esophagus so I would no longer choke on food. $30 in network co-pay. $60 specialist co-pay. Pharmaceuticals are really cheap.
