What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great transparency keeps us informed as possible and allows activities to boost employee morale
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing money and transparency of company status
Communicating when new products and services are in process so the front lines can speak to them when they are released.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO earned is fair for all employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were told that they would not be doing merit based raises this year due to inflation. Multiple people were let go, and the workload increased, but I cannot comfortably afford to live in this area for what I'm paid. The only thing I get for working harder is more expectations.
If I were paid more when given more work.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better training and communication between departments
They need to read messages sent out and organize them so they can reach the information easily.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and receptive of constructive criticism and teaching moments
Genuinely happy people. Our department is comfortable with expressing themselves when they have questions and concerns without fear of retribution.

Insightful questions, not run of the mill
They asked questions that really made me think. They weren't cookie cutter questions.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lay offs, no raises in 2 years, every time someone is laid off the work load is heavier, poor training
