How would you compare interviewing at Genscape to other places you've interviewed?
Face-to-face interviews tend to be a little on the short side, but are strung together into longer blocks. Expect to interview with several different people.

On the nicer side of business casual - no tuxedos

How flexible is your work schedule at Genscape?
Very. Taking time off is never an issue as long as it's planned out, and my daily schedule is able to be adjusted to allow for my preferences on when to arrive/leave work. However, my job doesn't have any rigorous reports that go out at specific times so positions with that requirement are likely less flexible.
