Mr. Daniel J. Sheehan IV, also known as Dan, CFA has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Genworth Financial, Inc, Asset Management Arm since December 2013 and April 30, 2012 respectively. Mr. Sheehan served as a Senior Vice President of Genworth Financial, Inc, since April 30, 2012. He served as the Acting Chief Investment Officer at Genworth Financial Inc. from June 2008 to November 2008. He served as a Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management at Genworth Financial Inc. and served in multiple investment and risk management capacities at Genworth and its predecessor companies since 1987. Mr. Sheehan has been with Genworth since its initial public offering in 2004 and prior to that with its former parent General Electric Company since 1997. During that period, he held various roles throughout the investment organization, including real estate, risk and portfolio management. Mr. Sheehan was a Property Investment Officer in Sun Life of Canada's real estate investments group. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Sheehan earned an MBA in Finance from Babson College and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Harvard University.
