Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should be paid much more and given more opportunities to earn more
Pay equity by gender, experience, academic field and tenure track vs. not is all over the map. As assistant professors, newly minted PhDs may be paid substantially more than highly rated, associate professors while big names garnish huge salaries disproportionate to their limited contributions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're nice and they bring in food
Our faculty demonstrate care about the quality of our work and the learning experience and success of our students.

I need a new job
Leadership appears too close and obscure about its dealings with financially powerful, politically extreme donors. We do not consistently practice what we teach regarding ethics and values.
