I would like to have my full experience considered as it brings a great deal of value to the organization. Geotab tends to just consider current title and how much they think a person will accept. Being a woman and a minority, I don't I tend to get the lesser when it comes to compensation.
Yes, they state they pay 50-75% of market value for positions. If you get a promotion or move to new role, they do not give you a pay increase for the role but rather pay you a percentage of current salary.
