Interns do not receive any of the benefits given to full-time employees.
Similar roles in other companies offer yearly bonuses and stock options. For what is expected and the amount of dedication required, the pay is low

voluntary accountability. If you screw up, call it out, and fix it. If you're the CEO making millions, don't get on town halls and tell people that if they want to get paid fairly, they're at the wrong place
Don't bait and switch compensation offers
We haven't cared about our customers for years. literally the end user of our product hasn't been the "customer" until 2021
