What did you like most about the interview process?
We are very thorough in an effort to make sure the candidate knows a lot about what we do before they get here, and to help us vet the proper team members to join our tribe!
It was thorough and forced me to critically consider the interest I have in the type of work I would be doing.
Even though the job that I wanted wasn't exactly what they offered, they were willing to talk to me about taking me on in a similar position. They are seeking good solid workers who will fit into the culture, not someone to do a job.
the thoroughness to make sure a bad hire doesn't slip by the quality controls.
