I have enjoyed every interaction I have had with my co-workers. They have been helpful in my understanding of my job expectations and responsibilities. Everyone is rooting for everyone. Plus we keep each other laughing and having a good time.

This is a great small business. They listen to their employees, respect their employees' opinions, and try to address issues when they come up, whether it be individually or as a group.

We always work together. Even when we're busy and the work is stacked up, we find ways to lift each other up, ensure that if someone feels like they're lacking in resources that they get the help they need, and really just all work together towards a common goal.

I work with people I actually really like. I usually work at home but I come into the office once a week because I miss them!

Getting the work done is a team effort and everyone has the same goal. Because of this, the work ends up feeling like getting together with friends to do a project.

The culture at our office is very fun and supportive. We joke around and play pranks and work hard and support each other during tough times. I feel like I can be myself at work. There's no cut-throat vibe. Even the owners are part of the "gang."

We are very thorough in an effort to make sure the candidate knows a lot about what we do before they get here, and to help us vet the proper team members to join our tribe!

Even though the job that I wanted wasn't exactly what they offered, they were willing to talk to me about taking me on in a similar position. They are seeking good solid workers who will fit into the culture, not someone to do a job.
