Positive atmosphere, great coworkers, general laidback vibe (but we still get things done)

Quarterly team building events; parties/potluck on holidays; employee appreciation through notes, recognition with awards, etc.

Our team communicates well. Everyone is helpful and willing to go outside their team to help others in the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to opinions of the employees and keep us as updated as possible. They encourage feedback so that they can improve our experience working there.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Even though the job that I wanted wasn't exactly what they offered, they were willing to talk to me about taking me on in a similar position. They are seeking good solid workers who will fit into the culture, not someone to do a job.
