What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Getting the work done is a team effort and everyone has the same goal. Because of this, the work ends up feeling like getting together with friends to do a project.
Quarterly team building events; parties/potluck on holidays; employee appreciation through notes, recognition with awards, etc.
We all care about one another and help each other when needed.
The culture at our office is very fun and supportive. We joke around and play pranks and work hard and support each other during tough times. I feel like I can be myself at work. There's no cut-throat vibe. Even the owners are part of the "gang."
