I work with people I actually really like. I usually work at home but I come into the office once a week because I miss them!

Our Leadership Team is awesome. They're right there in the trenches with us, ask for our feedback on big issues, and actually really care about us as people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at our office is very fun and supportive. We joke around and play pranks and work hard and support each other during tough times. I feel like I can be myself at work. There's no cut-throat vibe. Even the owners are part of the "gang."
