How flexible is your work schedule at GGLO*?
Flexible as long as you're working your full 40 hours and are in the office for team meetings, staff meetings, client meetings, etc. Your schedule must also be communicated with your project team(s).
What's the work from home policy like at GGLO*?
GGLO does have a remote work policy. You can work from home as needed as long as it's agreed upon with your Project Manager. It's expected you communicate with your team when you'll be at home and when you'll be in the office. If you're brand new, they usually won't allow it for the first couple of months until you are well acquainted with your team.
