Professionally executed. Formal. Interviewers makes you relax at first before getting into the interview so that you can process your ideas and expectation to the interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their ability to listen to their employees. Management here are awesome. I've seen negative reviews also, maybe that depends on the country where they are in. Right now GHD is on the transitioning phase.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
At my Department we have applied the culture of GHD. We hope other departments and other countries where GHD operates applied the culture of GHD as well so that other may experience it as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Openness of the people. Management and Leaders always finds a way to hear their employees. It has a positive impact through the employees and improves morale. Co-workers can share their ideas to improve work and performance.
