Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Workload is heavy. The number of additional responsibilities I have taken on is large but this is not reflected in compensation, nor does it appear to be valued.

Whoever shops for our insurance plans needs to do a better job. We aren't paying for the best benefits. The payments are getting higher and higher for benefits.

I am exposed daily to carcinogenic chemicals and doing back breaking manual labor for a little more than a chipotle worker. Pay your workers more, and create a safety culture that feels empowered to speak up before incidents occur without reprisal

Collaboration and communication need to improve across the company.

The information that I would give would be too specific.

Some coworkers just have an attitude all day long. It is exhausting to constantly be walking around eggshells to not send them into a rage. They need to calm down and not snap at coworkers so much, a little patience and asking nicely goes a long way. Also, stop asking coworkers to do unsafe actions

The Openness of the people. Management and Leaders always finds a way to hear their employees. It has a positive impact through the employees and improves morale. Co-workers can share their ideas to improve work and performance.

At my Department we have applied the culture of GHD. We hope other departments and other countries where GHD operates applied the culture of GHD as well so that other may experience it as well.
