What are the differences between maternity and paternity leave at GHD?
No paternity leave in US. Maternity leave in US is through short term disability and equates to 5 weeks paid for normal birth (7weeks paid for c section)
That depends on the labor code of the country that you're in. GHD strictly follows the labor code of the country where they operate. For Paternity and Maternity leave on the Philippines. Paternity leave can be as long as 1 week. For Maternity leave, it can be 100 days to 120 days.
There's not paternity leave as far as I know.
How's the vacation policy at GHD?
Awesome. It's not hard to file a vacation leave here. As long as you go through proper channels. Lovely to work here.

Easy. I recently transitioned from one team to another. This is for promotion. Two departments coordinated and properly scheduled my transitioning. Amazing people.
