Everyone is passionate, hard working and very collaborative. Nobody shifts blame, we are all one team and it really feels that way!

The people hired by the management team are reliable and easy to work with. They really create a family feel so much so that precious employees come back years later to reconnect.

We have recently launched a Meeting Effectiveness strategy that will help drive efficient and effective meetings, and allow people to decline meetings where they are not decision makers or influencers.

Lots of time getting to know my manager and their expectations

I liked giving a presentation to show what I could contribute. They do a thorough job of making sure you will be a good fit for the role and the team.

I love our brand, our products and the people I work with every day. In a company the size of ours, you can influence and impact more broadly than in most places. While the work can be challenging and sometimes require long hours, I know what I do makes a difference here and I feel valued.
