The team i work with
I feel my work matters, people care about me, people are appreciative of my contributions and I am empowered to drive our future!
Again, the coworkers and management. I just wish the pay would help support me more financially with the current economic climate.
I love our brand, our products and the people I work with every day. In a company the size of ours, you can influence and impact more broadly than in most places. While the work can be challenging and sometimes require long hours, I know what I do makes a difference here and I feel valued.
