Everyone is passionate, hard working and very collaborative. Nobody shifts blame, we are all one team and it really feels that way!
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel my work matters, people care about me, people are appreciative of my contributions and I am empowered to drive our future!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked giving a presentation to show what I could contribute. They do a thorough job of making sure you will be a good fit for the role and the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are smart, compassionate and not afraid to do what is right. They encourage everyone to contribute ideas, and they listen to those ideas. They are genuine, open, honest and non-judgmental. I fully trust their direction, I know the company is in great hands. I am excited for our future!
