What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate with transparency every quarter
They allow you to develop your skills
GHX Leadership is committed to excellence. They really go above and beyond to help not only the company grow, but their employees. They ask for honest feedback regularly and really take in to account what has been said.
Everything is best in the team

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be genuine human beings. Align, plan, execute. Listen when your senior leaders tell you they are not resourced well enough to complete all of the priority work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flex time off. Wage increases are consistent. 401k match, HSA match.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work across all teams so I should be compensate as such, not just as entry level

They are skilled, collaborative, and nice people to spend the day with.
Collaborative, innovative, inspiring, engaged, and supportive
Everyone works together and works hard.
Professionalism mixed with personal connection. They admit when they've made mistakes and are easy to get in touch with. They go out of their way to help when someone asks, and never say, "that's not my job".

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our misison is very important
Everyone is genuinely eager to see their co-workers succeed. Everyone leans in to help solve a challenge rather than focusing on blame or finger pointing.
Everyone lives what we do and the impact we have on cutting the costs of healthcare.
The people here love what they do and are happy to be at work. We have great social events and opportunities for growth.
