What is the best advice you could give someone during their first month at GKN Driveline?
If I could tell them to not take the job before they arrive, I would. GKN is a completely awful place to work right now after the takeover from Melrose and the crazy number of changes, reorganizations, restructurings, whatever they want to call them. They have let go so many people and done so without any kind of respect or consideration. RUN!
