Company values are changing and people are getting push to the back of the bus. This organization prefers to bring and train new management from Ireland that provide training for their current team. Employees are overwork and under pay. Benefits and 401K is great.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Every employee is covering for two or three people. I was hired as a continuos improvement leader and instead of that I was told to cover the safety and environmental department for the same salary.
