Stop with hype and be more real. Also, in the regional offic there are too many leads who are related making it impossible to be objective or fair.
Ensuring employees feel valued. And ensuring Product builds valuable B2B tools with quantifiable ROI.

They encourage you to hurt other business. The only way glassdoor making money it to threaten other businesses to sign up for their services by deleting their good reviews. The whole company encorages that culture
meet less, work more

no one cares about the people writes reviews or the business; No one cares if the reviews are truthful. No one cares if the site is transparent. And I had to deal with the people got hurt by clearly untruthful reviews. Also we were told to review bad reviews if they are big corporations who paid us.
Internal interviews are the worst. It honestly comes down to favorites. Everything is hush hush. They don’t share who is in the running, and are not transparent about what they’re measuring you on. They need to be more transparent about everything. External interview

I took this job because I was in a bad situation and had no where to go. And I thought Glassdoor has a big name. Of course there is no bad reviews about themselves on glassdoor. So went to work there blindly.
Make it a real review website! Instead of running after the money. All you hurting are the small local businesses who cannot afford your services, and encourage big corporations to hide problems with money
The company acts like they are the new facebook and are super cool and hip. The problem is there is no good direction. Too many ideas that aren't properly executed and instability lead employees to feel used and longing for a more stable job, even at the expense of not having beer on tap.
the biz model is wrong
