great teamwork, smart and prefessional
The team is mission and values driven, striving to do well to do good.
The leadership team is open to all ideas at all levels. They truly want what is best not only for the Company but the staff.
They are accessible and always have our best interests at heart.

great base pay and fast advancement
Bonus structure is universal; promotes teamwork
I have a fair base pay plus a bonus that rewards my individual contribution.
Bonuses are significant and it is great to receive them during the holidays.

GEG is collaborative, supportive and transparent.
The team works together for a desired outcome. It is not about the individual.

The team treats each other with respect and kindness.
