Improve morale, look into a cost of living adjustment so we're not just working to survive, improved demeanor of some of the management, and more inclusion for employees to be involved in EEAC and other events.

Managers do not take the development plan or goal process as seriously as they should. Recognition is low, without grade level or title promotions despite employees performing in the role for more than one year. Managers should give detailed constructive feedback. No excuses of being too busy.

I am in finance so I understand the demands of my job/hours, but I feel backed into a corner with PTO and days in office and how to have work life balance when I feel pinned in. The new policy that was sent out recently about making up PTO so that our in office average is up really has me flustered.

I feel there is a serious lack of transparency from a process perspective. I am forced to give answers that I am not confident in because I cannot see where a particular account is in a given process.

Work value of employees- we feel unappreciated- we work endlessly with day to day problems and feel we are not compensated fairly with wages. I personally would feel this can be improved easily by increasing pay to employees. An employee and will be a long term employee if the wages/value match.

I feel like a lot of times we will find issues within the systems we are working-we will bring up concerns and be dismissed but then the problems we are encountering will come back bigger a week later and will have to be addressed. I think that we should be heard out the first time and not dismissed

I just do not enjoy going into the office. Our office is small and everyone I interact with is located in other offices and I do that on the phone or via zoom. So it seems pointless to drive into the office to do that when I can do it from home.
