Scott Hamilton — Executive Advisor to the Chief Executive officer at Global Brass and Copper Holdings

Mr. Scott B. Hamilton has been an Executive Advisor to the Chief Executive officer of Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc. since November 10, 2017. Mr. Hamilton served as General Counsel of Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc. from May 2011 to November 10, 2017 and as its Corporate Secretary until November 10, 2017. Mr. Hamilton served as General Counsel and Secretary of Basin Water Inc. from July 30, 2007 to 2011. Mr. Hamilton served as an Associate General Counsel of Veolia Water North America Operating Services LLC from 2005 to 2007 and served as its Senior Counsel from 1999 to 2004. From 1998 to 1999, He served as the Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of US Filter Operating Services Inc. and Regional Counsel of United States Filter Corporation, before its acquisition by Veolia Water North America. Mr. Hamilton served in the enforcement division of the Securities and Exchange Commission from 1992 to 1998 and he was involved in the private practice of law for several years. He also served at the SEC from 1992 to 1998, where he served as Branch Chief. Mr. Hamilton holds a BA in Comparative Area Studies and History from Duke University and JD from the University of Illinois College of Law.
