What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very fair and supportive of the team
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop micro management. Pay competitive salaries and provide opportunities to grow
They need to listen and stop making knee jerk decisions. Also pay staff competitive salaries and benefits.
Less micro-managing; ditch the cult-like culture and be more open about hearing what the staff members have to say.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is fecent and opportunities for bonus
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You might be undervalued, until you start syncing with their system of micro management
Getting a salary increase each year even if just cost of living increase.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
CEO told investors in a recent meeting that GD is going to focus more about customers; but in reality, internal staffs were told to have weekly meeting and lay out plans and activities to get more revenue from the clients. So much about focusing on customers; more like focusing grabbing money
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
work life balance is the only good thing here. Manager expect to sacrifice that too
work life balance and nothing more really...

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
the hiring manager asked if I was "crazy" in one of the interview round. I am not sure what she meant; until I was about 3 months into the job..
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
a lot of customers are complaining about product x pricing but the management have a hardline of enforcing price increases. I have dealt with many cancellations threats from client as a result of the inflexibly of the firm's willingness to accommodate to the client's budget.
