CEO told investors in a recent meeting that GD is going to focus more about customers; but in reality, internal staffs were told to have weekly meeting and lay out plans and activities to get more revenue from the clients. So much about focusing on customers; more like focusing grabbing money
work life balance is the only good thing here. Manager expect to sacrifice that too
work life balance and nothing more really...

the hiring manager asked if I was "crazy" in one of the interview round. I am not sure what she meant; until I was about 3 months into the job..
a lot of customers are complaining about product x pricing but the management have a hardline of enforcing price increases. I have dealt with many cancellations threats from client as a result of the inflexibly of the firm's willingness to accommodate to the client's budget.
